Terms of Service

These terms apply to work performed by Streamline Exterior Services (“Streamline”) and to use of naples-roof-cleaning.com. If anything here is unclear, call (239) 248-5545 and ask.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this website, including “from” prices, are starting points for typical properties. Your price is set after an on-site inspection and confirmed before any work begins. If the scope changes, we agree on the change with you before doing additional work.

Access and preparation

You agree to provide access to the property and an outdoor water source on the scheduled day, and to keep pets indoors during service. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping and cover pools and water features as part of our standard procedure.

Weather and scheduling

Rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will contact you to set a new date at no charge.

Results

Soft washing removes biological growth such as algae, mold, mildew, and lichen. Some stains — for example rust, paint overspray, or permanent discoloration of the material itself — may not be fully removable. We will tell you during the estimate if we expect a stain not to come out.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing on your estimate or invoice.
