Marco Shores Roof Cleaning
Our yard is on Queen Palm Drive, inside Marco Shores. No community gets faster scheduling or a shorter drive — and that shows up in the price.
Metal, Shingle & Salt Air
Most Marco Shores homes carry metal or asphalt shingle rather than tile. Sitting between the Marco River and the Gulf, these roofs collect a salt film that holds moisture and feeds algae, mildew, and — on metal — oxidation staining.
We clean metal roofs with pH-neutral chemistry that is safe for factory coatings and never forces water under seams, and soft wash shingle at garden-hose pressure so granules stay on the roof. Post-clean biocide is included on every job.

Soft Wash vs. Pressure Washing
✓ Soft Wash — What We Use
- Garden-hose pressure (50–100 PSI) — no tile or shingle damage
- Kills algae and Gloeocapsa Magma at the root
- Results last 2–5 years with biocide
- Manufacturer and warranty compliant
- Safe for landscaping, pools, and pets
- No walking on your roof tiles
✗ Pressure Washing — What We Don’t Do
- 1,500–3,000 PSI cracks tile and strips shingle granules
- Only removes the surface — roots stay alive
- Streaks return in 60–90 days
- Voids most manufacturer warranties
- Blasts mortar from ridge caps
- Forces water under tile laps
