Eagle Creek Roof Cleaning
Eagle Creek sits at Collier Boulevard and US-41, about two and a half miles from our yard. It’s one of the established golf communities in South Naples — mature trees, and tile that has seen plenty of Florida sun.
Weathered Tile Needs Zero Pressure
Years of UV make concrete tile brittle. On older roofs, a pressure washer or a few wrong footsteps crack tiles that would otherwise last years longer. Soft washing cleans from the ground and the ladder at garden-hose pressure, with no walking on the tile.
Oak canopy adds two problems: shade that keeps algae growing, and leaf debris that leaves brown tannin stains. Both are pre-treated and cleaned in the same visit.

Soft Wash vs. Pressure Washing
✓ Soft Wash — What We Use
- Garden-hose pressure (50–100 PSI) — no tile or shingle damage
- Kills algae and Gloeocapsa Magma at the root
- Results last 2–5 years with biocide
- Manufacturer and warranty compliant
- Safe for landscaping, pools, and pets
- No walking on your roof tiles
✗ Pressure Washing — What We Don’t Do
- 1,500–3,000 PSI cracks tile and strips shingle granules
- Only removes the surface — roots stay alive
- Streaks return in 60–90 days
- Voids most manufacturer warranties
- Blasts mortar from ridge caps
- Forces water under tile laps
