We need access to the property and a water source — nothing else requires your presence. We send before and after photos when the job is complete so you can see exactly what was done.

What We Need from You Before Cleaning Day
- Property access — unlocked gate, garage code, or key left for us if the property is enclosed. Gated community access is coordinated directly with gate staff — you do not need to arrange this.
- Outdoor water source — a standard garden hose bib accessible from outside the home. We bring all equipment and connect to your exterior water supply.
- Pets indoors — please ensure pets are kept inside during the cleaning. Our biodegradable solutions are safe once dry, but keeping pets indoors during application and rinse is the right precaution.
- Pool or water features noted — let us know at booking if you have a pool, spa, or water feature near the roofline. We cover or protect these during cleaning as standard practice.
- Solar panels noted — if you have solar panels, let us know at booking. We stage around panel mounts and adjust our approach to protect the panel surfaces and wiring.
What to Expect
What Happens on Roof Cleaning Day
- Crew arrives in the scheduled window — we confirm the appointment the day before and arrive within the agreed time window. No waiting all day for a vague arrival time.
- Before photos taken — we photograph the roof before starting to document existing conditions. These are part of the before/after set sent to you after completion.
- Property and landscaping prepped — landscaping pre-wetted, pool and water features covered, gutters checked. Takes 15–20 minutes before any solution is applied.
- Soft wash solution applied — low-pressure application across all roof surfaces. Most Naples residential roofs take 45–90 minutes from first application to completion of rinse.
- Post-clean biocide applied — included on every Streamline job. Applied after the main cleaning and rinse to establish the residual barrier that extends results to 2–3 years.
- After photos taken and sent to you — we photograph the completed roof and send before/after photos along with written service documentation. You have everything you need for HOA or insurance records without needing to have been present.

How long does roof cleaning take?

Will the cleaning solution get on my car or driveway?
We cover or move vehicles near the work area if requested. Soft wash solution applied at low pressure stays close to the application point — we are not pressure washing solution across the property. Driveways and cars parked away from the roofline are not affected.
What if it rains on the scheduled day?
Light rain does not prevent soft washing — the chemistry works independent of weather conditions. Heavy rain or lightning cancels the job and we reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts and contact you in advance if weather requires rescheduling.
How do I pay if I am not home?
We invoice electronically after job completion. Payment is accepted by credit card, check, or cash. You can pay online from the invoice link or leave a check. Payment is due upon completion — not required before work begins.
Will you notify me when the crew arrives and leaves?
Yes. We text when we arrive and when the job is complete. Before and after photos are sent at completion so you know exactly what was done. If anything unexpected is found during the cleaning — damaged tiles, deteriorated mortar, unusual growth — we contact you during the job before proceeding.
